Instructions for Using the Submission System

Step 1:

Fill out the form on our registration page.

Step 2:

Pay for your entry via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account for this, but you do need a valid major credit card. Registrations are closed and will not be reopened for any reason.

Step 3:

Begin working on your submission. Our system for submissions opened on October 15 and will close at 11:59 pm (23:59) Eastern Standard Time on November 15 (this means that the last full day of submissions is November 15.)

Step 4:

Gather all the information related to your entry including photographs and/or drawings. Make sure that each photograph is formatted as a JPEG and each drawing is converted to JPEG, and that each file is no more than 2MB. Also, prepare any captions related to the images as you will be adding them when you submit the project.

Our submission tool has no way of knowing whether the JPEG files you upload are photos, drawing, or computer renderings. It is up to you to ensure you are uploading files that meet the judging criteria on this page.

Note that any marking or attribution associating participating individuals and/or firms with uploaded images and drawings will disqualify the submission.

Step 5:

At any time between October 15 and November 15 you can log in to this system to submit your materials.
